- Eligibility as a Student Hourly Employee
To be employed as a student hourly employee, you must be enrolled at Colorado State University for at least 1 credit in a degree-seeking program or be on Continuous Registration as of the last day to free drop classes each semester (Census).

Merit Work-Study Application
To be considered for Merit Work-Study, students must apply each year via RAMweb once a job with an approved employer is located and offered.
The application is available every February 1st, beginning at 7:45 a.m. for the following academic year. Awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis and funds are limited. Employers are encouraged to certify all applications immediately, as the application is not considered complete until the employer certifies. Click here for more information.

It is highly recommended that students try and locate a work-study job within the first 4 weeks of the term.
